Akavia är förbundet för dig som valt den akademiska vägen. Förbundet bildades av Jusek och Civilekonomerna 2020 och samlar idag 140 000 ekonomer, jurister, samhällsvetare, it-akademiker, personalvetare och kommunikatörer. Förbundet är partipolitiskt obundet och det tredje största förbundet inom Saco. Akavia vill att du som medlem ska få full utväxling på din akademiska utbildning genom hela arbetslivet. Om du studerar till ekonom, jurist, samhällsvetare, personalvetare, it-akademiker eller kommunikatör är Akavia ditt fackförbund. Vi har den samlade kompetensen, erfarenheten och styrkan för dig som valt den akademiska vägen. Under studietiden är medlemskapet helt kostnadsfritt. Akavia is the trade union for you who have chosen the academic path. Akavia brings together 140,000 business professionals, lawyers, social scientists, IT academics, HR professionals and communication specialists. The union is politically non-affiliated and the third largest within Saco (the Swedish Confederation of Professional Associations).
The name Akavia stands for the academic path – AKA for academic and VIA for path. Akavia aims for its members to receive a full return on their academic education, throughout their professional careers.
As a student of IT, Akavia is the union for you. We provide the combined expertise and experience needed to support those who have chosen the academic path.
